It has been brought to our attention that VoIP may be blocked by some cellular providers, Internet provider and/or countries. Always confirm VOIP 3G access with your current 3G or Internet provider. Viber will not work on 2G networks. Argentina: Issues with SMS relay servers in this area. This hinders reception of the activation code. We are investigating the issue. Claro and Personal are currently reporting the best success rate. Also we are aware of the "9" issue. Even though you see that it is being removed, it is still added behind the scenes. This is because the relay station will add the 9 automatically. It is removed upon insert in order to prevent double 9. Myanmar: Viber might be banned in this region. For more info click here Vodafone: It has been brought to our attention that in various regions Vodafone may be blocking Viber or VoIP applications. You should contact Vodafone to see how you can add 3G access for Viber to your current service plan.
