If you tried sending a message but your friend or relative didn't receive it, and you see a red exclamation mark next to it - you have the option to retry sending it. Simply follow the instructions below and you're good to go!

1. Open the message that wasn't sent.

2. Tap on the red exclamation mark and Viber will retry sending the message.

3. Once the message is sent, you will see a check mark [ ] next to it.
